At Can-West Limited, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- Items like opened software, used accessories, or damaged packaging may not be eligible for return.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are made via the original method of payment.
- In cases of non-refundable items, only exchanges or store credits may be offered.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
- If a refund is issued, the original shipping cost may be deducted unless otherwise specified.

- Software licenses and digital products
- Perishable items or special orders
- Items that have been used, damaged, or tampered with
